What are we raising money for?

All auction proceeds, which are fully tax deductible, will help us to relaunch our current Makerspace and create a new STEM lab.  STEM provides students from TK-5th Grade a unique opportunity outside of their classroom to use the skills of discovery through creativity and critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration.  It's a place to explore a variety of tools, materials and technologies.  

Our Makerspace was created over 10 years ago, and since then tools and technology have advanced. This is not a District or State funded specialist, the cost to provide this is fully funded by the PFA. Whilst we have been able to replace and add some small items over the years, many items have simply been cost prohibitive. With a growing school and a changing technological world, investing in upgrades and new equipment to launch a new STEM lab is an exciting opportunity for all our students.
